Shipping & Delivery

  • LOCAL ORDERS | GERMANY

    All local orders are tax-inclusive and will not incur any additional charges.

    • We charge a flat rate of €4.99 for all local orders.

    • Orders valued above €50.00 qualify for free shipping.

    EU ORDERS

    All EU orders are inclusive of basic tax. Additional duties may be levied depending on the tax regulations of your local government. Please note shipping is charged in the currency of your country. That means that any countries not using the Euro may be charged slightly above or below our stated rate due to exchange fluctuations.

    • We charge a flat rate of €13.99 for all EU orders.

    • Orders valued above €75.00 qualify for free shipping.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    All international orders are tax-exclusive. Taxes and duties will be levied on import according to the rules and regulations of your local government. These fees vary from country to country, and Curly Angels does not bear any responsibility for these charges.

    UK

    • We charge a flat rate of £13.00 for all UK orders.

    • Orders valued above €75.00 qualify for free shipping.

    SWITZERLAND

    • We charge a flat rate of €19.99 for Switzerland orders.

  • We only partner with reputable couriers. Depending on your destination, your order will be shipped with either DHL or FedEx.

    LOCAL ORDERS | GERMANY

    Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days receipt of payment. Ordinarily orders take between 1-4 business days from dispatch to delivery.

    EU, UK & SWITZERLAND ORDERS

    Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. Ordinarily orders take between 3-10 business days from dispatch to delivery.

    Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearances, strikes and delivery backlogs. Curly Angels is not responsible for any unforeseen delays caused by customs, delivery strikes, or backlogs.

  • Curly Angels ships EU-wide and to select international locations.

    Currently we offer international shipping to the UK and Switzerland.

  • We partner with DHL and FedEx both internationally and locally to ensure reliable delivery of our products. Their service include track and trace for all parcels, and door-to-door delivery

    Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a waybill number with a tracking link to monitor your order's progress.

    Please note that estimated delivery dates are generated shortly after shipment creation, but may be subject to change and do not always reflect the actual delivery date.
