Curly Angels was born out of love, inspired by our radiant Caribbean muse, Ellie Jones,* whose endless search for the perfect product led us to create what she couldn’t find.
She needed haircare that truly celebrated her gorgeous afro-heritage curls, which she affectionately calls her ‘multicultural curls.’ She longed for a product that was lightweight enough to define her curls without weighing them down, yet rich enough to deeply nourish, add slip, and detangle them.
As a devoted mother of two little curlies, she also wanted a formula that was gentle and safe enough to nurture their delicate crowns.
In search of this Holy Grail, Curly Angels was born: a holistic, vegan, cruelty-free haircare range that embraces and honours all curl types.

We celebrate all curls, from slight waves to tight coils. That's why we lovingly crafted every single one of our heavenly products to care for each kind of curl, from 2a–4c.

Curly Angels is thoughtfully formulated, crafted from Mother Nature's finest plants and seeds. Each ingredient is carefully selected and balanced to nourish, protect, weightlessly hydrate, smooth, and define curls of every type.
Every single ingredient that goes into our products is 100% vegan. All our plant-based ingredients are grown without synthetic fertilisers, genetic engineering, irradiation, or pesticides.*
We avoid the use of harsh chemicals and petroleum-derived additives because we believe that what we leave out is as important as what we put in. Curly Angels products are entirely free from silicone, parabens, mineral oil, and sulphates, so you can rest easy knowing we are CurlyGirl Method-friendly.
Most importantly, we are cruelty-free. Yes, all our products have been tested numerous times, but only on willing friends and family, never on bunnies.

Curly Angels products are mixed and produced within the European Union, guaranteeing the best quality in every step.
From sourcing our ingredients, to manufacturing our unique formulations, Curly Angels is 100% EU made.
Producing within the EU borders helps us keep transportation routes short, reducing our carbon footprint, because we don't own the earth - we only borrow it from our children.
